We are a steel machinery manufacturing company established in 1989. Divine has made the best use of technology and innovation to attain precision and quality in manufacturing our coil processing lines. Having been in business for over 30 years, today Divine stands tall among its competitors by having a customer-centric approach. We pride ourselves on being able to convert your requirements into fully functioning, accurate, quality coil processing lines such as roll forming lines, slitting lines, and cut to length lines. We also manufacture terminal equipment such as Recoilers, Decoilers, Flatners, and Accumulators which complement Coil Galvanizing lines, Color coating lines, Lamination lines, Annealing lines, and Pickling lines. Our hard work has been recognized globally. We have successfully installed more than 800 coil processing lines worldwide.
Our facility in Rajkot spans over 50,000 sq. ft. of build-up area. Our modern manufacturing unit at Divine is equipped with an in-house machine shop including CNC machines. This technologically advanced infrastructure along with our skilled workforce of over 100 employees, effort-fully work towards manufacturing the best coil processing systems, every time.

Our History
The vision of Divine started with our Late Founder Mr. Sanat Bhai K. Dave with his venture Divine Traders in 1971. He always had a dream of doing something unconventional in his age and time. After analysing the latest industrial trends, he set forth on his business – Divine Traders which dealt with end users, who would be searching the market for specific type of machinery. The company worked towards connecting the customers and the manufacturers.
With growing industries and manufacturing plants in India, Mr. Sanat Bhai K. Dave forecasted the potential in building a coil manufacturing plant. He, along with his sons – Mr. Hitesh Bhai S. Dave and Mr. Vimal Bhai S. Dave started Divine Machines Pvt. Ltd in 1989 in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
Divine Machines Pvt. Ltd. has been in business for over 30 years. During these 30 years, it has been successful in making a mark in the field of coil processing. We have emerged as a pioneer in manufacturing coil processing systems providing customisation as per the client’s requirements.
As a company wanting to make a global impact, we strived to deliver quality outputs. Adhering to the guidelines set by the world’s leading quality management systems organisation, we received our first ISO 9001:2000 certificate in (). Ever since then, we have worked towards improving our quality standards tenfold. Our consistent ISO certificate renewals bear testimony to the same.
Over the years, we have received various awards and credits from different national and international organisations. In (), Divine Machines Pvt. Ltd. Was credited for their performance by FMA – USA. Recently in (), our CEO Mr. Hitesh Bhai S. Dave, was awarded the Leading Entrepreneur Award in the state by past CM of Gujarat Mr. Vijay Bhai Rupani. It is these milestones which help us move forward in business diligently.
In 2014, Divine Machines Pvt. Ltd. relocated to a bigger premises which spans over 50,000 sq. Ft. of build-up area.
Together, Divine Group of companies have been in business for over 50 years.
