  • Used for Cold Rolled Thin Gauge Coil or Hot Rolled Thicker Coils.
  • Fix Backup Pair improves efficiency of Levelling & reduces deflection of Rolls while processing wide coils.
  • Simple 5 to 7 Roll Flattener with large Roll diameter may work effectively in Thick Gauge Coil Stock like 2mm to 10mm. But is not able to correct the shape of coil in thickness range of 0.3 to 2.5mm. Hence it is recommended to have fine Leveller with 4 Hi configurations in tandem.
